Awareness "Welcoming" Practice

This is a practice with many names done by many peoples in time. It's purpose is to literally deliver you from mental pain. It's done by switching your focus to a sense of welcoming the object you've been fighting with internally.
In energy healing, we take it further and actively intend loving thoughts and feeling onto every part of our body. The Welcoming Practice is a mental switch from problem focusing to allowing.
When we allow we let go. That action releases your awareness and mind back into a healthy and natural state, the present moment. Ease ripples across your entire body and mind. Your spirit feels a connection with it's bigger self...God.
